Mr. Jackson has spent the last 21 years in southeast Florida, for seventeen years he owned and operated the La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Mr. Jackson built his business and buildings from the ground up, selecting sites, negotiating land price and contracting the work. In the seventeen years of ownership, sales grew from $1,789,000 to just over $24,000,000.00 annually. Being in the Furniture Business for many years and watching the Furniture Business and economy change, Fritz and his Real Estate advisors decided to sell the business in 2005 and come into the Real Estate Business.
Fritz has spent the last four year in real estate working directly with Ted Ciaccia and Nicholas Solomine Jr., focusing on Industrial, Office and Investment Real Estate sales and leasing. Upon coming in to the Commercial Real Estate Industry, Mr. Jackson’s first order of Business was to liquidate his real estate holdings in Palm Beach Furniture. He sold the 28,000 square foot La-z-boy Furniture Gallery and Bombay of Kids on PGA Blvd. to a Chicago Investor for over $9,000,000 and a 20 acre site off SR 441 in Coconut Creek to a developer for just over $5,000,000.
His experience in working with local and state government has proved invaluable to his clients. Working one on one with his clients, focusing on their needs is where he excels best. Understanding the needs, goals and budgets of his customers allows Fritz to focus on the job at hand, finding the best possible product available.
