Taralinde brings over 20 years of commercial property management, leasing and project management experience to Platinum Commercial Property Management. Her career originally started in Illinois where she was involved with Office, Retail, and Medical facilities, in Chicago and the neighboring suburbs. Some of her clients were Abbott Laboratories, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, The Gap/Old Navy, Guinness and Phillips Electronics. Taralinde’s vast mechanical and construction background provided added expertise as Project Manager during the buildout process. Some of her larger projects included major tenants such as AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Jackson National Life.
Along with providing Management, Leasing and Project Management to such prominent companies, she has also involved with companies such as Mutual Benefit Life Insurance where she worked along side their Asset Management Department and Hollister Incorporated where she was involved with the development of their new medical office building which included an outpatient surgical center.
At Platinum Commercial Property Management, Taralinde’s primary focus is to ensure her client’s investment is maintained to the highest standards.
