History – Alan Welles has more than 24 years of leadership experience, guiding top-tier companies, start up businesses and individuals in their commercial real estate endeavors. He specializes in building global relationships from mom and pop businesses to corporate leaders as well as independent entrepreneurs. As an accomplished commercial real estate broker, his vision and expertise in commercial real estate has driven notable growth and income for himself and clients in retail, industrial, office and multi-family sectors. Alan has helped facilitate transactions in excess of $200 Million in sales and leases and more than $1.5 MM SF of leased space. His achievements have been featured on The Real Estate Radio Show on 107.1 FM, Channel 12 WPBT, Fox News, WBZT 1230AM, Costar, the Palm Beach Post, the Stuart News, the Port St. Lucie News, the Daily Business Review, First Florida Commercial, In Touch, and several trade publications. Mr. Welles was featured in the Wall Street Journal and was recognized for his work with group sponsors. Between 2004 and 2023 over 65 properties have been bought or sold By Alan Welles and his companies. Out of all of those properties only 1 was sold at a loss. He never made a payment past the due date and has always fulfilled his financial obligations. In 2017 Alan decided that he would primarily participate as a broker while holding an equity position in the asset or provide consulting services.

As managing member of H. Alan Welles Real Estate, LLC, his concept of focusing on clients needs and quickly delivers impressive bottom-line results. He primarily works with class B and C properties. He primarily is a landlord representative who brings tenants and buyers to the table through various networks.

Achievements – His name and reputation are well respected among the community. Thanks to his noted success of coordination and turnout at CCIM/RCS events, Alan was named membership chairman for Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA) of the Palm Beaches and later elected to the Board of Directors. Alan has served as the president of the RCA in 2006. Alan has also been awarded the 2004, 2006, 2007, 2013 Retail Deal of the Year Award, 2004 and 2006 Deal Maker Award, 2007 Deal of the year award and 2007 Realtor of the year award by the Realtors Commercial Alliance of the Palm Beaches. 2008 awarded a Certificate of Recognition by The City of Riviera Beach. 2006-2007 awarded a Certificate of Appreciation. by The Realtors Association of The Palm Beaches. Past director of ( FAR ) Florida Association of Realtors and past president of the RCA and CCIM Florida East Coast District.

Since 2014 Mr. Welles has changed his focused from primarily 3rd party brokerage and some 1st party to primarily 1st party and minimal 3rd party. Since 2014 he has acquired Eighteen new properties.
